1. About Helptor
Helptor is an online consultation platform that connects users (“Consumers”) with experienced individuals (“Consultants / Experts”) for guidance across various categories. All consultations are provided for guidance purposes only.
2. User Accounts
To use certain features of Helptor, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to keep your account information secure.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Consultant / Expert Registration & Verification
3.1 Consultant Eligibility
You cannot become a Consultant or Expert on Helptor without profile verification.
To offer consultations, you must:

Apply as an Expert through the official onboarding process

Submit valid and authentic verification documents as requested
3.2 Mandatory Verification Timeline

Once you apply as an Expert, you must complete your profile verification within 7 (seven) days.

If verification is not completed within 7 days, your profile will automatically be converted to a Consumer (User) profile.

Helptor reserves the right to approve or reject any Expert application at its sole discretion.
3.3 False Information
Submitting false, misleading, or forged documents may result in:

Rejection of your Expert profile

Suspension or permanent termination of your account
4. Consultations & Payments

Consultations may be offered via chat, call, or other supported formats.

All payments are pay-per-use, based on time or interaction.

Helptor does not guarantee outcomes, results, or solutions from any consultation.

Consultants provide guidance based on experience, not professional liability services.
5. Profile Deletion
If you wish to delete your Helptor account:

You must create a ticket through the Support Center.

Account deletion requests are subject to verification and internal review.

Accounts with active chats, pending payments, wallet balances, or disputes may not be deleted until issues are resolved.

Certain data (such as transaction records) may be retained as required by law.
Instant or one-click deletion is not available.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Misuse the platform

Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or consultants

Share illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

Attempt fraud, impersonation, or system abuse
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
Helptor acts only as a platform connecting users and consultants. We are not responsible for:

Decisions taken by users based on consultations

Accuracy or outcomes of advice provided

Any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the platform
All consultations are taken at the user’s discretion and responsibility.
8. Suspension & Termination
Helptor reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Remove consultants who fail verification or breach trust

Modify or discontinue services without prior notice
9. Changes to Terms
Helptor may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
